Honoring Heritage, Empowering Futures

The Grieg Lodge Scholarship Fund is marking our 50th year of supporting students in 2026! We will be awarding scholarships to selected applicants who demonstrate a connection to Scandinavian heritage or cultural engagement. Applications open in the Fall, are due in the Winter, and are awarded in the Spring. Join us in celebrating this milestone year by taking the next step toward your educational goals—we look forward to reading your story!

  • Grieg Lodge Scholarship

This scholarship is for residents of Oregon or Washington who live in Multnomah, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Washington, Yamhill, or Clark counties. You must be a highschool senior or older to apply. While a connection to Scandinavian heritage or culture is encouraged, it is not a requirement for application.

  • Fedde Grant

The Fedde Grant awards $1,000 to individuals or groups developing projects or events that promote and enrich public understanding of Scandinavian culture. Whether you're planning a cultural exhibit, educational program, performance, or community event, this grant supports creative efforts that help share the richness of Nordic heritage with others.
