Food is such a strong culture-connector and many of our scholarhsip winners over the years have written at length in their application essays about the power of food to connect them to Nordic history and family. Honoring this 50-year milestone with a cookbook of recipes that represent our community feels like the most fitting way to celebrate.

❋ ShippingWe ship to folks for whom picking up their cookbook at the lodge would be inconvenient, such as if you live outside of Portland or out of state. Otherwise, we recommend picking up your cookbook in the Landhandel or at various lodge events.
