This month's TGIFF night at Grieg Lodge is getting a Samhold takeover! Join us as we celebrate the launch of Samhold, a community cookbook created to mark 50 years of the Grieg Lodge Scholarship Fund. Built from recipes handed down across lodge families, past scholarship recipients, and Nordic restaurants around Portland, Samhold — meaning "togetherness" — is a collection of the dishes that have brought our community to the table for half a century.

Come celebrate in person: we'll be sampling dishes straight from the book, and copies will be available on-site. If you preordered a copy, this is also your chance to pick it up in person. Whether you contributed a recipe, received a scholarship, or simply love good food and good company, you're invited to join us.
