Join us for a hands-on baking workshop celebrating Norway’s beloved birthday cake—bløtkake. Led by Sally Durham — expert baker and retired educator — for a hands-on afternoon of baking, community, and a slice of Norwegian tradition. Together Sally will guide the group in the assembly and decoration of a traditional Norwegian celebration cake using her beloved recipe and methods, including the subtle, secret ingredients that make this cake so special. Guests will leave with a beautifully finished bløtkake—ready to take home and enjoy just in time for the Syttende Mai holiday or year round.
